I'm a certified Herbalist, Essential Oil Formulations, Reiki (levels 1, 2 and Master), Chakra Energy Healing and Natural Herbs and Medicine. I started the business to help my oldest son clear his eczema, which fueled my passion for all things natural.

Since then, the same passion has grown after recognizing my own trauma, triggers, dis-ease and dis-comfort, perimenopause, and Ulcerative Colitis. How crafting these alternative pain-relieving remedies with the plant power of essential oils and chemical-free sourced herbs are aiding in my journey. My studies have found how aromatherapy, sound healing and more can help our central nervous systems and how to get out of fight-flight-freeze and survival mode, but retrain the body in rest-digest-repair.

I'm a deep researcher, taking courses and watching hours of expert video.
